Long Beach Scavenger Hunt May 14th 2022 Terms and Conditions
The event is Rain or Shine. Team Captain must be at least 18 yrs old, teams of 4-6 only, online payment of $12 for each participant
is required prior to event start. Absolutely no-refunds. In the event of event postponement due to uncontrollable events or
circumstances a new date will be announced and team registration will be honored for the new event date.
Each team captain and participant takes full responsibility for their actions during the Hunt. Every participant is responsible to follow
all local and state laws and respect all property and persons. If any participant is deemed acting dangerous, unlawfully or
disrespectfully the entire team will be removed from the event. At no time can any participant use personal automobile, electric bikes or scooters, taxi, Uber or other form of motorized transportation for the exception of City of Long Beach transit (trolleys & buses). Only specially marked City of Long Beach Trolleys will be available for participants at no charge. If any team is found to be using any of the above mentioned exclusions, the entire team will be disqualified and removed from the event.
The Prizes awarded to the winning teams will be listed prior to the event.
The Chamber of Commerce and City of Long Beach are not responsible for any guarantees or risk associated with goods or services provided in the prize packages. The prize winners will be responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the prizes. All team captains are responsible for the actions of their team participants. All participants agree The City of Long Beach and Chamber of Commerce are not responsible for any loss, injury or claims related to this event. By registering for this event you and your entire team and all participants agree to the terms of this agreement.
